Inside the human body is an amazing biological clock. It is very specific. It helps to control various activities of your body including your sleep time.
From 11pm to 3am, most of your blood circulation is concentrated in your liver. When it is full of blood, your liver gets bigger. This is an important time when your body goes through the process of detoxification. Your liver neutralizes and breaks down body toxins that accumulate throughout the day.
However, if you do not sleep at this time, your liver will not be able to carry out this detoxification process properly.
If you sleep at 11pm, you have a full 4 hours to detoxify your body.
If you sleep at 12 o’clock, you have 3 hours.
If you sleep at 1 in the morning, you have 2 hours.
And if you sleep at 2 in the morning, you only have 1 hour to detoxify.
What will happen if you sleep after 3 o’clock? Unfortunately, you will not have time to detoxify your body. If you continue this sleep pattern, these toxins will accumulate in your body over time. You know what next.
What happens if you sleep late and wake up late?
Have you tried going to bed too late? Do you realize that no matter how much you sleep, the next day you feel very tired?
Going to bed late and waking up late is really bad for your health. In addition to not having enough time to detoxify your body, you will miss other important functions of the body.
From 3 a.m. to 5 p.m., most of the blood circulation is concentrated in your lungs. What should you do right now? Okay, you should exercise and breathe in the fresh air. Get good energy in your body, especially in a garden. At this time, the air is very fresh with lots of beneficial negative ions.
From 5 a.m. to 7 p.m., most of the blood circulation is concentrated in your large intestine. What should you do right now? You should defecate! Get rid of all unwanted bowel movements from your large intestine. Prepare your body to absorb more nutrients throughout the day.
From 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., most of the blood circulation is concentrated in your abdomen. What should you do right now? You have breakfast! This is the most important meal of your day. Make sure you have all the essential nutrients from your breakfast. Not having breakfast can cause many health problems for you in the future.
That’s the way to start your day
There you are … the most ideal way to start your day. After your blood is completely detoxified during your sleep, you wake up refreshed to breathe beneficial energy. Then you pass unwanted defecation from your large intestine. After that, you take balanced nutrition to prepare your body for a new day.
No wonder people living in villages or on farms are healthy. They fall asleep early and wake up early. They follow their natural biological clock.
Living in the city, we have more difficulty in following this sleep schedule. We have good lighting, TV and internet to delay our precious sleep.
Follow your natural schedule
Once I understand the importance of our biological clock, I try my best to follow it. If I wake up early, I usually start my day at the computer. But when I see the clock ticking at 8 in the morning, I know it’s the best time for breakfast. So I will try to have my breakfast before 9 am for better absorption.
What if you were offered a night shift job? I recommend you to reject it even higher pay. In the long run, you may have to spend more money for your health problems.
What to do if late night assignment? Well, why not go to bed early and wake up earlier? Just change your work time from late night to early morning. You will get the same time. But your body will appreciate it.
With that, try to follow this time as much as possible. Make it your daily routine. I’m sure you’ll feel fresher and more energetic throughout the day.
You go to bed and get ready for a good night’s sleep.
You feel like you want to pee.
It’s cold there, so you decide to keep it.
“I’ll be fast asleep in a few minutes anyway”, as you lie to yourself.
You tossed 2 hours, finally you put on your slippers, ran to the toilet.
You’ve wasted 2 hours creating your mind, 2 hours which can be used for a good rest.
When something in your life bothers you, be it the sand of your shoes, homework for a long time, school beatings, sexual harassment in the office, find out as soon as you can.
Problems don’t just straighten themselves out, you want to have a better life, you fix your problems as soon as they appear and fix them for once.
In general, I’m really, really good at math.
I can learn ideas quickly, and I rarely have difficulty understanding things.
Thanks for that, I want to do well in math exams. I rarely miss multiple issues, and when I do, it’s usually due to some small, stupid mistake.
Well, one night, I was too late to study for several quizzes the next day, and I only got 2 hours of sleep (compared to the recommended 9).
The next day, I had a math test.
When I was taking it, I felt better.
But after grading it and coming back to me, I noticed some incredibly stupid things I did.
In my sleep-deprived stillness, I made a problem because I said 4² = 7, and 2 + 2 = 144.
This is heinous nonsense. And I did it because I didn’t get enough sleep.
